Screen Printing

Projects typically start from $4. Every quote is fixed against a written scope.

Screen printing is the right choice the moment quantities go past about twenty garments. Each colour in your logo gets its own screen, so the ink lays down thick, opaque and even — and the cost per shirt drops sharply as the run gets longer.

What we print on

Cotton and poly-cotton t-shirts, golf shirts, hoodies, work overalls, aprons and tote bags. Dark garments get an underbase so the colours stay true rather than sinking into the fabric.

Getting the artwork right

Vector artwork gives the cleanest result. If all you have is a photograph of an old shirt or a logo off a business card, we will redraw it for you before printing — there is no charge for that on a full run, and you keep the redrawn file.

We print a single sample for approval on any order over one hundred pieces. Nothing goes into production until you have seen it and signed it off.

Wash-tested ink Cured plastisol that holds up to industrial laundry, not iron-on transfer.
Sample before the run One printed garment for approval on every order over a hundred pieces.
Artwork redrawn free We vectorise a rough logo at no charge and hand you back the file.
