An inter-house gala needed 380 shirts in nine colours, with every child's name and house number on the back. Screen printing could not have done it economically; every garment was different.
DTF transfers let us print names on demand at no setup cost per garment, and the school got a spare-name allowance for the inevitable late entries.
The challenge
380 individually named garments across nine house colours, needed in eight days, with a school budget that could not absorb per-name setup charges.
What we built
The house crest was printed once as a common transfer; names and numbers were printed on demand. Shirts were bagged and boxed by house so teachers did not have to sort them on the day.
The results
Delivered in eight days, sorted by house. Twenty-two late entries were added and delivered two days before the gala.
